芒果皮中多酚提取工艺的优化 被引量:15

摘要 以芒果皮为原料,用响应曲面法优化芒果皮中多酚类物质的提取工艺.以乙醇体积分数、提取时间以及六偏磷酸钠为自变量,多酚的提取量为响应值,采用Box-Behnken试验设计的方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多酚类物质提取量的影响;利用Design Expert软件对数据进行回归分析.结果表明:芒果皮中多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数41%、料液比1∶25、浸提温度65℃、提取时间89 min、六偏磷酸钠的添加量0.19%,多酚的提取量为14.15 mg/g;得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型经过验证试验,其实际值为14.09 mg/g,与预测值偏差不大,充分证明响应曲面法所得的优化提取工艺参数准确可靠,具有实用价值. In the paper,we optimized the extraction technology of polyphenols from mango peel using response surface methodology.Selecting the ethanol volume fraction,the extraction time and the sodium hexameter phosphate amount as independent variables and the extraction amount as response value,we studied the effects of each independent variables and the interactive effects thereof on the extraction amount of polyphenols using Box-Behnken design,and carried out the regression analysis using Design Expert software.The results showed that the optimal polyphenol extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 41%,material-to-liquid ratio 1︰25,extraction temperature 65 ℃,extraction time 89 min,and sodium hexameter phosphate amount 0.19%,and the extraction amount of polyphenols reached 14.15 mg/g.The results of the verification test based on predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation showed that the actual extraction amount of polyphenols was 14.09 mg/g,which had little deviation from the predictive value.Accordingly,the optimal extraction technology optimized by the response surface methodology was reliable and accurate,and had practical value.
