儿童外周血干细胞动员和采集 被引量：5

摘要 目前外周血干细胞移植（peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,PBSCT）,由于采集方便、操作简单、排斥反应低、造血免疫功能恢复快、肿瘤细胞污染少、感染出血并发症少等特点,已逐渐替代了骨髓移植,越来越广泛地被应用于恶性血液病及晚期实体瘤的治疗。在PBSCT过程中,
