摘要
用衍射积分理论在较为一般的情况下,对激光束通过随机位相板后的准远场特性进行了理论分析和数值模拟研究.主要分析了随机位相板的光斑匀滑、光斑包络控制以及斑纹抑制等重要特性,得到了一些新的结果,对随机位相板的应用有参考意义.
Based on the diffraction integral theory, the near far\|field characteristics of a laser\|beamtransformed random phase plate have been studied theoretically and numerically in a rather general case. The spot smoothing, profile controlling and speckle inhibiting by introducing the random phase plate have been analyzed in detail. Some new results obtained here are useful for practical applications of the random phase plate. PACC: 4280; 4260K; 5250J
