摘要
为搭建指控系统维修和模拟训练平台,根据液压增压器的工作原理,建立液压增压器的数学模型,在此基础上采用虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术设计并实现了液压增压器模拟装置。试验结果表明模拟装置与指控系统连接,能够正确地完成液压增压器的实时模拟功能,模拟结果与实物一致。
In order to buid a platform for overhaul and simulation trainning of CCIS,the mathematic model of the hydraulic supercharger was established according to it's working principle.By the model the simulating device of hydraulic supercharger was designed and builded with the technology of virtual instrument and the technology of single chip microcomputer.When the simulating device of hydraulic supercharger was connected to the CCIS,the simulation test was conducted,the simulation result was realized to be consistent with the real goods.
