地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Effect observation of desloratadine combined compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic urticaria

目的观察地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效和安全性。方法随机把确诊的慢性荨麻疹194例患者分为两组,以地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片为治疗组,共98例;以地雷他定片与马来酸氯苯那敏片联合为对照组,共96例。共治疗8周。在治疗结束时、停药6周后进行随访并进行疗效评价。结果 98例治疗组治疗结束时随访总有效率82.65%,对照组总有效率66.67%(χ2=6.565,P=0.010),有效率比较有统计学意义;停药后6周随访总有效率94.02%,对照组有效率总80.30%(χ2=5.975,P=0.015),有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无明显不良反应。结论地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹安全疗效好,复发病例少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods One hundred and ninety-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group（98 cases）and control group（96 cases）.The treatment group were treated with desloratadine and compound glycyrrhizin.The control group were desloratadine and Chlorpheniramine.The effect was evaluated after 8 weeks treatment and 6 weeks drug withdrawal.Results After 8 weeks treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group（98 cases） was 82.65%,and the control group was 66.67%.There were obvious difference and statistical significance（χ2=6.565,P=0.010）.After 6 weeks drug withdrawal,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.02%,and the control group was 80.30%.There were obviously difference and statistical significance（χ2=5.975,P=0.015）.The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusions Desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin therapy is effective and safe,and lower recurrence number.
