不同时期牙隐裂的治疗探讨

目的探讨牙隐裂在不同时期的治疗方法。方法选择196颗隐裂牙,按照牙隐裂不同时期的病变程度分成3组。组1为隐裂早期无症状;组2为出现牙本质过敏症状者。组3为隐裂晚期已出现牙髓炎症状者。组1采用隐裂处做窝沟封闭并调牙合;组2局麻下行牙体预备,制作粘戴临时冠,最终活髓保存全冠修复。组3为隐裂晚期已出现牙髓病变者采用制作粘戴临时冠,根管治疗后全冠修复。结果治疗后经过4年的随访观察显示:组1与组2、组3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组2与组3比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于不同时期的牙隐裂,应早发现,及时粘戴临时冠,最终全冠修复是保存活髓保存患牙及功能保持治疗较为科学与安全的方法。

Objective To explore the hidden cracked tooth in different period of treatment.Methods Selection 196 hidden crack tooth,dental hidden in accordance with different periods of pathological damage split into three groups.Group 1 hidden crack for early asymptomatic;Group 2 dentin allergies redquin appear attacker.Group of three for hidden crack late already appeared pulpitis symptom person.Group 1 using implicit crack place for grooved closed and move tooth close;Groups of two innings hemp downlink teeth and preparation,production sticky wear crowns,and finally temporary live pulp save full crown prosthesis.Group of three for hidden crack late already appeared pulp lesions apply make sticky wear temporary crowns,and root canal treatments after full crown prosthesis.Results After treatment four years of follow-up display： group 1 and group 2,group of three compared difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Group 2 with group of three than difference has no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions For different period of tooth hidden crack,should be early detection,timely sticky and wear temporary champions,and eventually full crown temporary restoratis kept alive with tooth and function pith preservation keep treatment with a safe and scientific method.
