小切口手法白内障手术在复明行动中的观察

Clinical observation of manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation in vision recovered action

目的探讨小切口手法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术在周口地区复明行动中的应用效果。方法对670例692眼白内障复明手术进行回顾性分析。结果术后视力≥0.5者609眼(87.9%,),≥0.3者674眼,脱残率97.39%。≥0.05者691眼,脱盲率99.85%,术前平均散光(0.89±0.40)d,术后1周,1个月,3个月散光分别为(1.22±0.37)d,(0.81±0.39)d,(0.79±0.43)d。Ⅰ期植入人工晶状体692眼,植入率100%。术中术后并发症:后囊破裂3眼(0.48%);术后角膜轻度水肿13眼(1.87%)。结论在基层医院复明行动中适宜采用小切口手法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,术后视力恢复良好,并发症少,散光小。

Objective To explore the application effect of manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantion in vision recovered action of our rural areas.Methods Retrospective study was taken on 692 eyes of cataract patients in Vision Recovered Action.Results Among 692 eyes of cataract patients,the naked vision≥0.05 in 609 eyes（87.9%）,≥0.3 in 674 eyes（97.39%）,≥0.05 in 691 eyes（99.85%）.Before operation,mean astigmatism was（0.89±0.40）d,1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,mean astigmatism was（1.22±0.37）d,（0.81±0.39）d,（0.79±0.43）d,respectively and compared with the preoperative data,mean astigmatism 1 month and 3 months after operation had no significant difference（P0.05）.and all patients were in planted artificaal lens.Major complications：posterior capsule rupture in 3 eyes,accounting for 0.48%,after treatment corneal edema in 13 eyes,accounting for 1.87%.Conclusions Manual small in cision cataract surgery and in traocular lens inplantation has a significant effect and fewer complications,and it can be applied in primary hospital for the prevention of blindness.
