Analysis of pilon fracture surgery 46 cases

目的探讨Pilon骨折的适宜手术方法、最佳手术时机及其手术疗效。方法许昌市中心医院2005年12月—2010年12月收治的46例患者根据Ruedi分型:Ⅰ型15例,Ⅱ型17例,Ⅲ型14例。采用牵引加石膏外固定组16例,重建钢板内固定组20例,有限切开同时辅以外固定支架组10例。结果采用Mazur评分系统评估手术疗效,46例手术患者中,优25例,良15例,可4例,差2例,优良率为87%。结论正确选择手术时机,骨折的复位有效固定,加之积极正确地康复训练可取得满意的疗效。

Objective To investigate the appropriate surgical method for Pilon fractures,the best timing of surgery and surgical treatment.Methods From Dec 2005 to Dec 2010 46 patients were treated according to Ruedi type： I type 15 cases,Ⅱ type 17 cases,Ⅲ in 14 cases.Traction ＋ cast immobilization in 16 cases,reconstruction plate internal fixation in 20 cases,supplemented by limited open reduction and external fixation group of 10 patients.Results Mazur scoring system to assess surgery,46 cases of surgical patients,excellent in 25 cases,good in 15 cases,4 cases and poor in 2 cases,the fine rate was 87%.Conclusion The correct choice of timing of surgery,the effective reduction of fracture fixation,combined with active rehabilitation training properly can lead to satisfactory results.
