肝豆状核变性的临床影像表现及其诊断 被引量：2

摘要 肝豆状核变性又称Wilson病,是一种少见的常染色体隐性遗传性铜代谢障碍性疾病,其遗传缺陷在染色体十三的长链上[1]。
