淬火油是金属工件热处理工艺中最常见的冷却介质之一,由于淬火油的特殊理化性质,使用不当而发生的火灾事故和惨剧屡见不鲜,不仅造成了巨大的经济损失.而且对环境和安全生产构成了巨大威胁。论文就热处理车间淬火油着火原因进行了分析,同时,提出了改进及防护措施。

The quenching oil is one of the most common cooling medium in the heat treatment of metal parts, fire accidents and tragedies occur frequently due to improper use, it not only caused huge economic losses, but also brought a major threat to the environment and safe production. In this paper, the fire causes of quenching oil in heat treatment workshop were analyzed, the improved and protective measures were proposed at the same time.
