摘要
以在建的东南亚某国铁路项目为例,以履行合同,项目成功为目标,主要按照技术环境风险、经济风险、合同及项目实施风险和利益相关方风险这四个方面并结合项目实施过程中的经验教训,对该项目在实施过程中所遇到的风险管理进行总结探析。
The essay, targeting at fulfillment of the contract and successful completion of an ongoing railway project in a Southeast Asian country and by introducing the experiences and lessons learnt, delves into and summarizes the risk management during the construction of the said project from the aspects of technical and environmental risk, economic risk, risk of contract and project implementation and risk of concerning parties, with a hope to shed some light on the similar projects in the future.
