Formula Optimization of Kuhuang Ointment Matrix by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology

目的优化苦黄软膏基质组方。方法采用星点设计-效应面法,以软膏延展性为考察指标,优化苦黄软膏基质中硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯及吐温-80的组方用量。结果组方中硬脂酸用量为5.7%,单硬脂酸甘油酯用量为5.7%,吐温-80用量为2.8%时,苦黄软膏延展直径为42 mm,优化组的预测值与实测值相当。结论基于二次多项式非线性模型拟合的回归方程,优选出的基质配比为苦黄软膏的最佳组方。

Objective To optimize the matrix formula of Kuhuang Ointment.Methods Central composite design-response surface methodology was used.With the scalability of the cream as the index,the amount of stearic acid,glycerol monostearate and Tween-80 in the formula were optimized.Results The amount of stearic acid was 5.7%,glycerol monostearate was 5.7%,and Tween-80 was 2.8%.Under this condition,the cream＇s diameter of extension was about 42 mm,the predictive value of the optimum was close to the results of the experiment.Conclusion The optimized matrix of Kuhuang Ointment can be achieved by nonlinear model based on quadratic polynomial regression equations,which could be the best formula of Kuhuang Ointment Matrix.
