摘要
20世纪80年代以来,我国公路建设领域在投融资体制改革上进行了大量的探索与实践,并取得令世人瞩目的成绩。文章在回顾我国公路投融资体制历史的基础上,分析了我国改革开放以来公路建设投融资体制改革取得的成就及存在的问题,对今后如何做好公路建设的资金筹措提出了建议。
Since the 1980s,we have done lots of explorations in the reform of investment and financing system in highway construction and gained remarkable achievements.Based on review our history of investment and financing system,the paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems and proposes suggestions for the further financing of highway construction.
