超宽板坯表面纵裂纹的原因分析及预防措施 被引量:8

摘要 分析了宽板坯表面纵裂纹的产生的原因,并结合生产实践,提出切实可行的工艺预防措施。分析认为在浇注碳质量分数在0.12%-0.17%包晶区的钢种、硫质量分数偏高且锰硫比小于30的钢种及含Nb的微合金钢种时,易产生表面纵裂纹;还进一步分析了工艺拉速、保护渣、水口浸入深度、结晶器液面波动对表面纵裂纹的影响。 The reasons affecting on longitudinal surface cracks of wide slab are analyzed.Therefore,we can take preventive measures to improve steel quality based on the production practice.It is concluded that surface longitudinal cracks appear easily in the microalloy steel containing Nb and the steel in high sulfur content and whose S ratio at manganese are less than 30.The steel in peritectic area whose carbon content is in 0.12%~0.17% are also easy to produce surface longitudinal cracks.In addition,we further analysis the longitudinal surface cracks on wide slab from a series of key factors,such as casting speed,flux,immersion depth of nozzle and level fluctuation in mold.
