果品蜡液中常用的杀菌剂与生长调节剂 被引量:1

摘要 果品蜡液除能减少果品水分损失和增进其外观外,还可以作为采后杀菌剂的载体.溶剂蜡虽也可添加杀菌剂,但其效果不如水溶性蜡的防腐效果明显.蜡液中添加杀菌剂的优点有两个:简化操作(不需附加设备)及减少果实表面的水分.本文就果品蜡液中常用的生长调节剂和杀菌剂的类型、特点、制造方法与使用作一简介.
