摘要
目的分析社区卫生服务人员工作满意度影响因素,提高工作满意度。方法对不同岗位人员的有关变量与工作满意度作多因素Logistics回归分析。结果安徽省社区卫生服务人员工作满意度低,工作时间、文化程度和工作满意度呈负相关性,月收入和工作满意度呈正相关性,人事关系、职称与工作满意度无直接相关性。结论重视高学历人才满意度、提高月收入和规范日工作时间等是提高社区卫生服务人员工作满意度的重要切入点。
OBJECTIVES Analyze the job satisfaction factors and improve community health service staff job satisfaction.METHODS Do the logistic regression analysis of the variable from staff of different positions and job satisfaction.RESULTS We find that community health service staff are with low job satisfaction,and working hours and education level have negative relative with job satisfaction,and income have positive relative with job satisfaction,personnel relations and job titles has no direct relevance with job satisfaction.CONCLUSIONS Improving the monthly income and standardizing working hour are important ways to improve community health service staff'job satisfaction.
