可拓优度评价方法在新型农村合作医疗实施效果评价中的应用

The Application of Extensible Degree Evaluation Method on the Effect of New Rural Cooperative Medical System

目的利用可拓学理论评价新型农村合作医疗实施效果。方法建立待评对象的物元模型,运用关联函数和优度评价方法进行评价,利用某市6个县的资料进行实例分析。结果 1号县优度最高,其后依次为4号县、6号县、5号县、3号县和2号县。结论可拓优度评价方法在新型农村合作医疗实施效果评价上具有实用性和可操作性,评价结果符合实际情况,为广大决策、管理人员提供一种新思路。

OBJECTIVE Using the theory of extension to evaluate the effect of new rural cooperative medical system.METHODS Establishing the matter-element model for evaluation objects,and using dependent function and degree evaluation method to analysis the data of six county of a city.RESULTS The degree of NO.1county is the highest,followed by NO.4,NO.6,NO.5,NO.3,NO.2.CONCLUSIONS The degree evaluation method is practical and exercisable,the results by it coincides with the actual situation,and it can provide a new way of thinking for the decision-making and management personnel.
