城市卫生服务机构基本公共卫生服务现况分析

Analysis Health Service Institution of City Base Public Health Service Existing Circumstances

目的对城市卫生服务机构承担基本公共卫生服务项目进行调查,以便了解实施的现况。方法按照目的抽样方法选择4个城市,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对16家卫生服务机构实施的基本公共卫生服务现况进行调查。结果卫生服务机构能够执行国家的基本公共卫生服务项目,但在服务种类和数量上存在差别。结论基本公共卫生服务项目在城市卫生服务机构开展较好,但卫生人力不足是主要问题。

OBJECTIVE To carry through investigation for the health service institutions of city are charged with the base public health service program,so that we can understand to implement the present condition.METHOD To choice four cities by the aim sample method,adopting the methods of quantitative and qualitative,Health service institutions of sixteen what implement the base commonality health service were carried out investigation.RESULT To be investigated these institutions can perform the base public health service program,but it still exist difference in the sort and quantitatively of service.CONCLUSION The base public health service programs unfold better,but it is main question for lack of health manpower.
