中西药结合治疗念珠菌阴道炎的疗效观察

Observation of Treating Vaginal Candidiasis Through Combining Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的探讨治疗念珠菌阴道炎的方法和疗效,以提高其治愈率。方法将126例念珠菌阴道炎患者随机分为两组,实验组61例采用中西药结合治疗,对照组65例采用常规方法治疗,对治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组比对照组疗效高、治愈时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗念珠菌阴道炎病程缩短,疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE To investigate treatment method and effect of candida vaginitis,then to improve the cure rate.METHODS 126 cases were randomly divided into two groups,61 patients of experimental group treated with combined Chinese and western medicine,65 patients of control group treated with conventional treatment,then to compare of the effects.RESULTS To compare with control,the experimental group had better efficacy and shorter time.The differences is significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Chinese and western medicine combined with significant effect and shorter duration of treatment of candida vaginitis.
