上海市静安区肺结核病患者社会支持状况评价

The Social Support State of the Tuberculosis Patient in Jing'an District,Shanghai

目的通过对肺结核病患者社会支持的调查,以期得到患者社会支持的综合评价,为探索适合肺结核病患者的支持性心理治疗方式提供依据。方法以整群抽样的方法,利用社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对219例静安区收治的肺结核病人进行问卷调查,从患者的性别、婚姻状况、年龄、痰涂阴阳性和转归等方面研究对静安区结核病社会支持状况的影响。结果在社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分及对支持利用度方面存在性别、文化程度差异,肺结核病已婚患者的社会支持总分、主观及客观支持均高于未婚患者,涂阳患者的社会支持总分及客观支持分低于涂阴患者,对支持利用度方面老年患者明显低于非老年患者。治愈和完成疗程的患者社会支持各项得分均明显高于其他结局的患者。结论社会及家庭的有力支持可以帮助肺结核病患者以积极正确的方式面对疾病。

OBJECTIVE To explore the state of social support and relevant influence factor of the tuberculosis patient.METHODS The SSRS was applied to the pulmonary tuberculosis patient in Jing＇an District,and analyses the effect of the sex,marital status,age,etc.to the social support in tuberculosis patient.RESULTS The every factor score had significance difference in tuberculosis patient in the different sex,educational level,marital status and different treated outcomes,There were significance difference in the score in total and objective support between in Sputum smear-positive and smear-negative.There is significant difference in the degree of support utilizing between in younger and elder.CONCLUSION The degree of social support has an important impact on pulmonary tuberculosis patients＇ treatment,and good social support helps patients take an active approach to deal with.
