摘要 本文在介绍高管团队冲突分类和测量的基础上,通过分析高管团队冲突的作用机理,阐述了冲突对高管团队绩效的影响,异质性对冲突的影响以及冲突的中介机制作用,最后为高管团队进行冲突管理提出若干建议。
