摘要
承诺升级现象在企业决策中时有发生,严重地影响了企业的文化建设和核心竞争力培育。为了寻找"承诺升级"的解释变量,本文引入决策者"自尊水平"和"沉没成本水平"进行检验,进行情景模拟实验,运用列联表的分析技术进行统计检验,结果发现在面临相同的沉没成本水平下,高自尊的决策者更容易做出承诺升级的行为;在低自尊水平下,面临低的沉没成本的决策者会做出更多的承诺升级,而在高自尊水平下,面临高的沉没成本的决策者会做出更高的承诺升级。
Escalation of commitment is the individuals or organizations continue to insist on aproject tend to have failing tendency,this will continue the expansion of the existing losses. To look for explanatory variables of escalation of commit- ment, this paper is made to introduces decision-makers' "esteem" and "the level of sunk costs" of to test through scenario simulation and contingency table analysis. And the conclusion appears to be that: Facing the same level of sunk costs, de- cision-makers with high self-esteem are more likely to show escalation of commitment; In the low self-esteem level, deci- sion-makers facing low sunk costs will show more escalation of commitment; In the high self-esteem level, decision-makers facing high sunk costs will show more escalation of commitment.
