基于企业需求视角的内蒙古中小企业集群服务体系的现状分析与改善对策

A Surveying of Service System for Small and Mid-sized Enterprises Cluster of Inner Mongolia and Improving Countermeasures on the Basis of Enterprises' Demand

中小企业集群在内蒙古经济发展中的作用日益增强。集群服务体系的健全和完善对于促进中小企业集群的发展作用不可低估。本文从集群内企业服务需求的视角出发,通过问卷调查和企业访谈,分析了当前内蒙古中小企业集群服务体系的发展现状和存在的问题,最后就如何提高服务体系的服务供给能力提出了相应的对策。

Small and mid-sized enterprises cluster has been playing an increasingly important role in Inner Mongolian econ- omy. The functions of service system to stimulate the development of Small and mid-sized enterprises cluster can not be devalued. This paper, on the Basis of Enterprises＇ Demand,, analyses the development and operations of each subject of service system by investigating and statistics, and sums up the existing problems of the system. At last, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to improve the Supply Capacity of the system.
