摘要
以设计监造咨询服务为核心,对设计单位及其工程师和监理单位及其工程师的法定义务与责任、设计合同与监理合同的不同的法律性质、设计服务报酬与监理服务报酬进行研究,以推进设计监造咨询服务模式在我国的发展。
This paper demonstrates different statutory duty and liability of design company and its engineers supervision company and its engineers,different legal nature between design contract and supervision contract and two different service fee.The results would be very important for promoting Architect/Engineer（A/E） service in China.
