摘要
为了提高某重型车辆的运行平顺性和道路友好性,保证悬架参数优化过程中约束的真实性和可行性,提出采用梯度寻优和ADAMS联合的方式对其悬架参数进行优化。依据行驶平顺性和道路友好性的评价指标,采用梯度寻优法研究悬架系统参数对司乘人员舒适性及车辆对道路破坏程度的影响,最后得到了有利于行驶平顺性和道路友好性综合优化的悬架参数。该优化方法有助于车辆悬架的设计及其使用。
In order to improve ride comfort and road-friendliness of a heavy vehicle and to ensure truth and feasibility of constraints in the process of suspension parameter optimization,a way of gradient optimization combined ADAMS is proposed to optimize its suspension parameters.Based on ride comfort and road friendliness index,using gradient optimization method studies the influence of suspension system parameters on driver-crew comfort and the road damage,finally integrated optimization of suspension parameters in favor of ride comfort and road-friendly is obtained.This optimization method can help vehicle suspension design and its use.
