摘要
为了探索发动机尾气的射流规律,采用Image Pro6.3软件对高速摄像仪拍摄的尾气流图像进行了分析,进而在气体自由射流理论及发动机磨损理论的指导下,利用MATLAB软件对分析结果进行了数据拟合,获得了能够反映发动机尾气射流规律的模型。该模型与其他同类模型相比,具有计算简便、分析精度高的特点,为根据尾气射流规律确定发动机预防维修周期奠定了基础。
In order to explore the jet law of the engine exhaust,the images of the gas jet which are shot by the high speed photograph are analyzed by Image Pro6.3 software,then under the instruction of the gas jet theory and the wearing theory of engine,the analyzing results are fitted through the MATLAB software,thus it can obtain the model that can reflect the jet law of the exhaust.This model,comparing with other similar models,has the characteristics of simple calculation and high precision,which can lay a foundation for the preventive maintenance cycle according to the jet law of engine exhaust.
