知识产权文化是知识产权制度运行的前提,知识产权文化建设需要社会各界的广泛参与,图书馆是知识产权的中介服务组织,对知识产权文化建设发挥着重要的作用。图书馆在制度规范、行为方式、精神观念、物质文化系统,全面参与和推进知识产权文化建设,维护各系统和谐平衡,将有利于我国知识产权事业的发展与经济社会发展相协调。

The intellectual property culture is the premise of running intellectual property system. The construction of intellectual property culture needs extensive participation of all sectors of society. The library is the intermediary service organization of intellectual property, and plays an important role in the construction of intellectual property culture. Library fully participates and promotes the development of intellectual property culture in the systems of rules and norms, behavior, mental concepts and material culture, and maintains a harmonious balance of the systems, which will be conducive to coordinate the development of intellectual property undertaking with economic and social development.
