摘要
以离子液体为催化剂,催化三羟甲基丙烷和油酸合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,最佳工艺条件为:醇与酸物质的量比1.1:3,催化剂使用离子液体[C_6H_(10)N_2]^+C_2H_6O_3S^-,用量占醇与酸总质量的10%~15%,带水剂为二甲苯,用量占醇与酸总质量的40%,反应温度(150~160)℃,反应时间4.0 h,在此条件下,油酸转化率达98.5%。
The synthesis of trimethylolpropane oleic acid ester from trimethylolpropane and oleic acid catalyzed by ionic liquids was investigated. The results showed that the conversion of oleic acid reached 98.5% under the optimum condition as follows: n (trimethylolpropane) : n ( oleic acid) = 1.1 : 3, ionic liquid ([C6H10N2] + C2H6O3S-) dosage 10% -15% of the total mass of trimethylolpropane and oleic acid, water carrying agent dimethylbenzene amount 40% of the total mass of the reactants, reaction temperature ( 150 - 160)℃ and reaction time 4.0 h.
