球孢白僵菌菌株耐热力与贮藏稳定性的关系 被引量:12

摘要 球孢白僵菌不同菌株孢子在25℃恒温贮藏条件下,孢子活率表现为不同程度的梯度下降。孢子贮藏的半衰期与对应菌株在55℃下水浴1 小时的耐热力呈显著正相关(r= 0.9035;r0.01= 0.8745),这说明通过菌株耐热力的测定,可以间接反映孢子的贮藏稳定性。 Storage under the constant temperature of 25℃, the viability of Beauveria bassiana conidia declined gradually and respectively to different strains. Half time of the shelf life correlated significantly with conidia heat tolerance, which measured under 55℃ for 1 h. The results indicated that the storage stability of conidia could be predicted by determining their heat tolerant ability, and was useful in strain selection. Adding proper carrier, the conidia of B.bassiana had higher tolerant ability than un formulated ones under 55℃ for 3 h.
