摘要
球孢白僵菌不同菌株孢子在25℃恒温贮藏条件下,孢子活率表现为不同程度的梯度下降。孢子贮藏的半衰期与对应菌株在55℃下水浴1 小时的耐热力呈显著正相关(r= 0.9035;r0.01= 0.8745),这说明通过菌株耐热力的测定,可以间接反映孢子的贮藏稳定性。
Storage under the constant temperature of 25℃, the viability of Beauveria bassiana conidia declined gradually and respectively to different strains. Half time of the shelf life correlated significantly with conidia heat tolerance, which measured under 55℃ for 1 h. The results indicated that the storage stability of conidia could be predicted by determining their heat tolerant ability, and was useful in strain selection. Adding proper carrier, the conidia of B.bassiana had higher tolerant ability than un formulated ones under 55℃ for 3 h.
