根据农业新科技革命的概念、特点与优先发展的领域,提出了湖南农业新科技革命的战略思想、总体目标和主要任务.并针对湖南省农业科技发展的现状与问题,阐述了促进湖南农业新科技革命的对策.

Based on the concepts,characteristics and development fields with priority,the strategic thoughts,aim and major tasks of new sci and tech revolution of agriculture in Hunan are put forward in this paper. At the same time,in view of the present situation and problems in the development of agriculture in Hunan,ideas of promoting new sci and tech revolution of agriculture are expounded.
