摘要
就12个分离自澳大利亚的球孢白僵菌菌株对小菜蛾幼虫的致病力作了室内测定.采用波特喷雾塔将分生孢子悬浮液对幼虫作喷雾处理,结果显示菌株EFD12和EFD14对小菜蛾具有较强的致死力.EFD14与芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp.)对小菜蛾的致病作用具有竞争性.通过剂型比较,油剂型孢子感染小菜蛾比水剂型孢子更加有效.
Twelve isolates of Beauveria bassiana were tested against larvae of diamondback moth in laboratories. The larvae were sprayed with conidia suspension by using Potters spray tower. Results obtained showed that EFD12 and EFD14 were very virulent to P.xylostella. Isolate EFD14 was also found competing with a contaminant Bacillus sp. which caused the death of larva. Conidia in oil formulation exhibited higher virulent abilities to P.xylostella than that in water formulation.
