企业组织内的冲突管理探讨 被引量:1

摘要 冲突是企业组织中客观存在的普遍现象,冲突对企业组织的作用是建设性的还是破坏性的和企业冲突管理水平密切相关。文章对影响冲突与组织绩效之间关系的因素进行了深入分析,认为当冲突的总体水平过高或过低,或者冲突结构表现为冲突中关系冲突或过程冲突水平过高、任务冲突水平过低或过高时,冲突都将是破坏性的,所以企业组织应采取具体的技术和方法降低或提高冲突的总体水平,或者应用合作策略改善冲突结构,最终化破坏性冲突为建设性冲突。
