以2010年中国石化参与的科威特液化石油气罐区总承包项目投标为例,预估了项目的投标价格、风险及风险应对策略,讨论价格与风险的杠杆平衡关系。
Using the bid for Kuwait's LPG tank zone overall contract project which Sinopec took part in in 2010 as an example,the article analyzes the bid price for a project,risks and the strategy to cope with risks and discusses the lever balance of price and risks.
