摘要
电力市场的运营在给电力系统和社会带来巨大经济效益的同时,也对电力系统稳定运行提出了更高的要求。UPFC是解决电力系统稳定运行的有效技术之一。在考虑到UPFC安装后紧急控制有效程度,本文提出了评价UPFC安装地点的效果指标;同时,提出了稳态潮流控制下的UPFC安装地点评价指标;在此基础上,分析了在电力市场下的UPFC安装地点的综合定量化评价方法。
Electricity market operation in power systems not only brings the huge economic efficiency, but also put forward higher request to power system stability. UPFC is one of effective technology to solve the stable operation of power system. UPFC installation evaluation index is put forward in this paper considering how effective level of the emergency control after UPFC installed, and UPFC installation site evaluation index under the steady-state is put forward. On this basis, UPFC installation site comorehensive quantitative evaluation method is analyzed under the power market.
