摘要
应用电网实时动态监测技术可以实现在同一时间参考轴下获取大规模的电力系统实时动态和稳态信息,为电力系统的控制提供新的途径和方法。本文介绍了动态监测技术在电力系统控制中的应用,分析了静态稳定和动态稳定下动态监测技术的应用过程,研究了相关的控制方法并提出了改进的建议方案。
