摘要
《诸病源候论》导引法具有明显的中医特色,既往对导引法的研究,或者针对书中某个病候,或者针对某个疾病,或者以养生保健为目的,或者探讨导引法的整体特色,或者总结书中提到的习练导引的注意事项,或者围绕全书文字、功法操作、功理功法综合展开。分析既往研究经验,笔者认为,研究者应该结合习练导引法的体会,将《诸病源候论》导引法的文献研究落脚于可操作性和实用性上。
Daoyin method in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun has distinguishing feature of TCM.The research on Daoyin method in the past emphasized on a symptom,a disease,health care,characteristics,announcement in exercise,or writing,exercise methods and principles in the book.The author thought that the literature research on Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun should be focused on the maneuverability and applicability of Daoyin method.
