高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中的三聚氰胺

Determination of melamine in milk products by HPLC

采用C18和强阳离子交换剂混合填料色谱柱、二极管阵列检测器(DAD),建立一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测乳制品中三聚氰胺的方法。该法前处理简单,且无需在流动相中添加离子对试剂,具有操作简单、快速。

A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of melamine in milk products has been developed. Melamine was determined by using C18 and strong cation mixture filled chromatographic column and DAD detector. The pretreatment of the method was simple, and no ton-pair reagents were needed in mobile phase. The method is proved to be simple, rapid, and accurate for the detection of melamine in milk products.
