摘要
通过试验研究,验证了聚羧酸系外加剂与水泥的相容性;介绍了C20自密实混凝土在预应力混凝土板梁公路桥桥台基础中的应用,在浇筑期间,对自密实混凝土生产进行严格控制,并在浇筑前进行了性能检测,随机抽取了自密实混凝土成模。最后,分析了自密实混凝土的抗压强度数据、均达到了工程要求的C20强度等级。
Through experiment and research,the compatibility of polycarboxylate admixtures with cements is verified and the application of C20 self-compacting concrete in the basis of bridge abutment is presented.With production of self-compacting concrete under strict control,and the performance checked before cast,self-compacting concrete mould is randomly chosen to analyze the compression index.Results show the compression strength of self-compacting concrete reaches the strength level of C20.
