摘要
新宝塔山隧道施工条件较为复杂:地层岩性差、不良地质条件多、新建隧道与既有隧道相邻、穿越较多的地表建筑物、存在局部覆土较浅地段等。介绍了与既有隧道相邻的出口段的拱顶沉降及净空收敛、初期支护与围岩之间的压力、初期支护混凝土应力、钢拱架内力和围岩内部位移量测,从而及时掌握隧道施工中的相互影响程度,以便修改施工参数,合理安排施工工序,大大降低隧道施工中的风险。监测数据对于确保隧道的施工安全具有很重要的现实意义,并对未来临近隧道施工对既有小间距隧道的设计施工也具有较好的参考价值。
New Baota Mountain Tunnel is constructed in complex geological conditions such as poor lithological composition,adverse geological condition,new-made tunnel adjacent to constructed tunnel,lots of surface constructions above tunnel,and shallow soil covering section.The displacement of tunnel vault and clearance convergence of tunnel,pressure between initial support and the surrounding rock,the concrete stress of initial support,and the internal force of steel arch and measurement of the displacement of internal surrounding rock are introduced so as to get informed with the mutual influence to revise construction parameter,make proper arrangement of construction processes and reduce the risks of tunnel construction.The results show that the monitoring and measurement is important to the design and construction of closely spaced tunnels.
