摘要
接地网是地铁施工中的重要一环,它涉及保障人身安全、设备安全和运营的基础,同时兼顾对杂散电流腐蚀起防护作用。接地网为地下隐蔽工程,完工后将对接地电阻值进行测试,如不满足要求,采取补救措施难度大,成本高。同时为配合主体施工,接地网采用分段敷设,节点和接点多,控制难度大,因此接头的焊接质量决定接地网的整体施工水平,接头采用的放热焊接技术为一项先进接焊接工艺,在以后类似的工程中可以推广利用。
The grounding grid is an important part of subway construction;it concerns the protection of personal safety,equipment safety and foundation of operation,while serving as protection from corrosion of stray current.If the underground grounding grid resistance fails the test upon completion,relevant correction will be very cost-demanding and of great difficulty.Meanwhile to be in line with main construction,ground grid is laid by segments with sub-nodes and joints which bring difficulties for control,therefore the quality of welding joint decisive for overall grounding construction.Exothermic welding technology as an advanced welding technology shall be promoted to use in similar projects in the future.
