摘要
目的：探讨磁共振3D-TOF-MRA血管成像技术对椎动脉供血不足的诊断价值.方法：对临床怀疑椎动脉供血不足患者行椎动脉磁共振3D-TOF-MRA检查.结果：60者中椎动脉异常112例,其中椎动脉管腔狭窄81支,迂曲78支,闭塞8支,发育异常21支.结论：磁共振3D-TOF-MRA能够较清楚显示椎动脉形态,对椎动脉供血不足能提供直观的影像依据.
Objective： To study the 3D--TOF--MRA magnetic resonance angiography of vertebral artery insufficiency diagnosis. Methods, 60 patients with suspected vertebral artery insufficiency in patients with vertebral artery magnetic resonance line of 3D--TOF--MRA examination. Results： Total 112 vertebral artery anomalies, including 81 vertebral artery stenosis, tortuosity 78, Block 8, dysplasia 21. Conclusion MRI 3D--TOF--MRA can be more clearly demonstrated vertebral artery shape of vertebral artery insufficiency can provide visual images basis.
