摘要
医院中医务人员的知识结构层次具有多样化的特点，再加上医院信息化进程的加快，使得现有的医院图书管理无法适应当前的任务。为了能够让医院图书蓐理工作能够再上一个台阶，本文主要就当前医院图书管理工作中所存在的问题与问题改善的措施进行论述。
Hospital medical personnel knowledge structure hierarchy has diversified characteristics, plus hospital information advancement speeding up, make the existing hospital library management can＇t adapt to the current task. In order to he able to let the hospital library management work can again on a higher level, this paper discusses the current hospital library management and the problems existing in the improvement measure and the problems were discussed.
