锁定型钢板固定联合药物治疗股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效评估

Evaluation on the clinical efficacy of locked plate fixation joint＇ drug treatment for the intertrochanteric osteoporotic fractures

目的：观察与评估锁定型钢板固定联合药物治疗股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法：将我院2009—2010年期间就诊的46例股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各23例。对照组仅采用锁定型钢板固定手术治疗，观察组在此基础上联合药物治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗后第1、2、3个月的X线表现，以及第6个月的患侧股骨近端的骨密度值和临床疗效。结果：观察组患者骨痴生成的数量较对照组多，骨痂生成的时间较对照组短；治疗后第6个月，观察组患者的患侧股骨近端的骨密度值较治疗前明显增加，较治疗后的对照组也有显著性差异，疗效明显优于对照组。结论：锁定型钢板固定联合药物治疗股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折能有效促进骨痂的生长，加速骨折的愈合程度，提高骨折的愈合率。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of locked plate fixation joint drug treatment for the intertrochanteric osteoporotic fractures. Methods 46 patients with intertroehanterie osteoporotie fractures, who have taken treatment in our hospital from 2009 to 2010, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, and 23 eases in each group. The control group only used the locked plate fixation, while the observation group joint drug therapy on the basis of that. Observe and compare the X--ray performance of 1, 2, 3 months after treatment of two groups, and the lateral femoral BMD of the diseased side after six months and the clinical curative effect. Results The callus formation number of the observation group was more than that of the control group, and its callus formation time was shorter than that of the control group. In the six months after treatment, the lateral femoral BMD value of the diseased side after six months was higher than that of pre--treatment and the control group after treatment. Curative effect was better in observation group than in control group. Conclusion Locked plate fixation joint drug treatment for the intertrochanterlc osteoporotic fractures can promote the callus growth effectively, accelerate the fracture healing degree and enhance the fracture healing rate.
