Clinical Analysis of the clinical treatment of curved root canal

目的：探讨弯曲根管的治疗成功率.方法：选择98例有弯曲根管的牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎患者,用ProTaper机用镍钛锉器械进行根管预备;用2.5%的次氯酸钠和3%的双氧水交替冲洗消毒;用侧方加压法和垂直加压法联合进行根管充填;治疗前、中、后用X线牙片观察根管形态和充填效果.结果：98个充填根管中,成功94个,成功率95.9%,仅有1例根管有台阶生成,2例根管偏移,1例根管侧穿.结论：ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备弯曲根管安全、有效,根管预备后能保持良好的形态,根充效果好,在临床上有很好的应用前景.

Objective： To investigate the success rate of curved root canal treatment. Methods： 98 pulpitis and chronic apical periodontltis patients with curved root canals were analysized, root canal were prepared with ProTaper rotary Ni Ti instruments, alternately flushing disinfection with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite and 3 % hydrogen peroxide; root canal filling with side condensation combined vertical condensation. The root canal filling effect was observed with X--ray dental film before, during and after treatment. Results： Of the 98 root canal filling, 94 were suecessed, the success rate was 95.9%, only 1 patient had the root canal stage generated, 2 cases had root canal offset, 1 case had root canal perforation. Conclusions： ProTaper rotary Ni Ti instruments preparation for curved root canals was safe and effective. After the preparation, the curved root canals which have a good clinical application prospect can maintain good shape and the root filling effect.
