人工全髋和半髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效分析

摘要 老年股骨颈骨折是骨外科常见病,人工关节置换已经替代传统的治疗方法。国外学者大量研究表明人工关节置换术后疗效明显优于保守治疗和内固定治疗,是老年股骨颈骨折治疗的首选方法。
