氯氮平的早期副作用治疗窗

寻找氯氮平早期副作用治疗窗。方法 给６６ 例精神分裂症患者单服氯氮平，并且评价了０ 周ＰＡＮＳＳ、２ 周ＴＥＳＳ和血清氯氮平浓度、４ 周ＰＡＮＳＳ和ＴＥＳＳ。结果 ２ 周ＴＥＳＳ总分和诸因子分与４ 周ＰＡＮＳＳ总分减分率均无显著相关性，２ 周抗α１ —肾上腺素因子分在窗内（０ ～５分） 的显效率４７ ％ 比窗外的２２ ％ 显著为高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） ，２ 周氯氮平血清浓度在窗内（２３０ ～３３０μｇ／Ｌ） 的显效率５１ ％ 比窗外的１９ ％ 显著为高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。结论 ２ 周抗α１ —肾上腺素因子分治疗窗的功效与氯氮平血清浓度治疗窗的相似。

Objective To explore early therapeutic window of clozapine side effects.Methods It was evaluated for PANSS at 0 day,TESS at 14th day,serum clozapine level at 15th day.PANSS and TESS at 28th day in 66 inpatients with schizophrenia alone taking clozapine.Results It was no significant correlation between TESS total score & factor scores at 14th day and clinical improved rate at 28th day.Clinical response rate was higher in α 1-antiadrenergic factor score range from 0 to 5 score at 14 the day than in that above the range(47%22%,P<0.05).Clinical response rate was higher in serum clozapine level range from 230 to 330 μg/L at 15th day than in that over the range(51%19%,P<0.05).Conclusion It was similar between efficacy of therapeutic window of α 1-antiadrenergic factor score and that of serum clozapine level.
