摘要
目的:对局部食管癌三雏适形放疗方法、疗效及毒副作用进行探讨。方法:2008年9月至2010年10月符合入组条件的食管癌患者35例,先行CT模拟定位,将CT扫描图象传输到治疗计划系统并进行三维重建,根据食管造影、纤维食管镜和CT勾画GTV、CTV、PTV和危厦器官。物理师为每倒患者设计适形治疗计划,利用治疗计划系统肿瘤靶区和周围正常组织迭到最优的剂量分布。结果:35例患者6周后全部缓解,毒副反应小。蛄论:3DCRT方法在食管癌放疗中既可增强疗效又减少了毒副作用,是一种食管癌放疗的较好方法。
Objective: To observe the curative effects and side effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D--CRT)Methods: From Sep. 2008 to Oct. 2010,35 patients of esophageal carcinoma who fulfilled the criteria were treated. They were immobilized and scanned by CT simulator in the treatment position. The images were transferred through local network to the treatment planning system, and reconstructed by TPS. The gross tumor volume (GTV) ,clinical target volume(CTV),planning target volume(PTV) and organs at risk(OAR) were outlined basing on the findings of esophagogram, esophagoscopy and CT images. Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan was designed by physicists for each patient,the most excellent dose distribution for GTV CTV,PTV and normal tissues around was achieved by three dimensional TPS. Results all 35 cases alleviate and have small side--effect after six weeks. Conclusions:The 3D--CRT chemotherapy can be considered effective for esophageal cancer.
