国产氟西汀片及其胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

A study on the efficacy of fluoxetine tablet and capsule in the treatment of the depression

目的 比较国产氟西汀片剂及其胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效和副反应。方法 收集符合ＣＣＭＤ—２ —Ｒ 抑郁症诊断标准的病例６０ 例，随机分为氟西汀片剂组和氟西汀胶囊组，各３０ 例。于治疗前及治疗后１ 周、２ 周、４ 周及６ 周末分别用Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ 抑郁量表（ＨＡＭＤ） 、临床疗效总评定量表（ＣＧＩ） 及副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ） 评定。结果 氟西汀片剂组与胶囊组的各次ＨＡＭＤ评分均无明显差异（ Ｐ＞ ０－０５） ；二组总有效率均为８３－３％ ，各项副反应评分亦无明显差异（ Ｐ＞ ０－０５） 。结论 氟西汀片剂的疗效和副反应与氟西汀胶囊相当，可在临床使用。

Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of fluoxetine tablet and capsule in the treatment of depression.Methods 60 subjects meeting the CCMD-2-R criteria for depression were treated with fluoxetine tablet and capsule respectively for 6 weeks.HAMD,CGI and TESS scales were assessed at 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment regularly.Results The efficacy was similar in two groups,and both response rate were 83.3%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).And the side effects in both were similar too(P>0.05).Conclusion Both fluoxetine tablet and capsule were effective and safe in the treatment of depression.
