药敏试验在临床药师选用抗菌药物中的价值

目的：探讨药敏试验在临床药师选用抗菌药物中的价值。方法：以分类计算用药干预有效率评价药敏试验的价值。姑果：临床医师对临床药师建议的方案的总接受率为86．2％。临床药师建议的选药方案中，165例为药敏试验敏感药物，占81.5％，38例为非药敏试验敏感药物，占18．5％。用药干预总有效者为183例，占90．15％。其中选择药敏试验敏感药物者干预有效率为89．1％（147／165），选用非药敏试验敏感药物者干预有效率为94．7％（36／38），二组患者差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论：药敏试验结果必须结合临床表现来判断感染菌种类，当临床表现与培养出来的细茼相符合时，选用药敏试验敏感药物；若临床表现与培养出来的细菌致病表现不一时，剐更要作详细的分析，与临床医师进行更细致的沟通和分析，做出相对准确的判断，再行选择抗菌药，才能取得比较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the susceptibility testing of clinical pharmacists in the value of use of antimicrobial drugs.
