摘要 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)在宫颈癌中的表达及与宫颈癌的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测bFGF在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果 bFGF在宫颈癌中的表达明显高于CIN及正常宫颈组织(P<0.05)。bFGF的表达与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及宫旁浸润有关。结论 bFGF可作为判断宫颈癌生物学行为的客观指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） in cervical cancer and its relationship to cervical cancer.Methods The expression of bFGF in cervical cancer,CIN and normal cervix was detected by immunohistochemistry test（SABC method）.Results The expression of bFGF in cervical cancer was higher than that in CIN and normal cervix（P0.05） and was related to clinical stage,histological grade,lymphatic metastasis and vascular invasion.Conclusion bFGF may be used as an objective indicator of the biological behavior of cervical cancer.
